Aves Argentinas has its own nature reserve in the heart of the Misiones rainforest. The Reserve is a unique place that seeks to be a bridge to nature in a framework of extraordinary biodiversity and with a strategic location for the conservation of the Atlantic Forest. It is located in the Andresito Peninsula, province of Misiones, 70 km from the Iguazú Falls. It consists of 183 hectares of forest in a good state of conservation where we can find a great diversity of species.

Reservations

Availability: All year round, reservation and confirmation required.
Maximum length of stay: To be defined according to space availability
Cost of stay: Free for Aves Argentinas members.
Important: Please note that if your research project requires it, you must also present the approved research permits from the Instituto Misionero de la Biodiversidad and/or the Administración de Parques Nacionales, as appropriate (both are valid for one year). People staying and/or working at the station will be required to have personal accident insurance or ART certificate (in case of CONICET personnel or other state units).
